Our month-of coordination services include:
The Details – 4 weeks prior to your wedding, we will meet at the venue and have a front to back meeting to cover every single detail of your event day. We’ll go over everything from the linens to lighting, to sign-in and favors. Core Concepts will then create a detailed outline which includes all your remaining “to-do” list items. We will go over all currently booked vendors, cross off to-do’s regularly, until everything is in place to make your event day totally stress-free.
Coordination – we will coordinate with all your vendors & rentals. Things like venue contact, DJ or band, photographer and videographer, décor, cake, floral, etc. This includes all outside vendor arrivals, setup, staging, and breakdown scheduling. We will do a detailed timeline to include all aspects and send it out to you and all your vendors, so we are all on the same page. In this will also be the ceremony outline for your Officiant & talent to reference.
Timeline– we create a detailed wedding timeline for your big day, which we provide to you and all your vendors. This provides you with an in-depth overview of exactly how your wedding day will flow. We effectively manage this timeline & adjust accordingly based on any changes you desire.
Rehearsal – we will run your rehearsal to ensure your wedding party knows exactly what is expected of them on the big day. Everyone will be provided with the detailed wedding timeline at this time.
Setup – we will organize and set up everything for you, any personal décor, and coordinate with all vendors, so all you will have to do on the day of your wedding is enjoy!
Onsite Management – we will remain onsite for the duration of the event, making sure everything runs smoothly & every detail of your event day is flawless. We will oversee all event details; manage all event day activities.
Strike – we will work with all vendors at the close of the wedding and manage breaking down all event elements. At this time, we can pay out gratuities on your behalf. Any items that you bring personally, we will organize them & arrange for them to be collected.

Concept – we will help you create an entire concept for your wedding for every detail from invitation design right up to your grand exit!
Budget – we create an internal estimated budget tracker to help track expenses for your wedding. This is a working document, which we can go over on a regular basis throughout your planning process.
Event Styling – we will assist in helping you style your wedding, suggest what will work in your chosen event space, and what décor will work best to achieve your desired theme. We create private concept boards to give you a visual inspiration of your special day.
Vendor Rentals – we will research & help select all of the vendors you wish to hire for your wedding! This includes attending tastings with caterers, helping find the right talent, photographers, florists, negotiating the best pricing on décor, linens, rental furniture, unique details, etc.!
Destination Management (optional add-on) – we can assist with hotel room blocks, arranging wedding day transportation for you and your guests, and welcome/turndown services.

Laurie has years of experience working in FOH and BOH with major corporations like Pepin Distributing, Levy Restaurants for Tampa Bay Bucs, and Front Burner Brands overseeing training and development and sales and marketing strategies, putting on events from intimate dinners to 5,000-person RNC convention parties. She has a passion for wellness focusing on diet and nutrition as it relates to your gut flora and microbiome and effects of overall health getting to the underlying issues of disease. Opening her own clinic and directing sales for integrated medical start-ups, a goal is to teach others a functional approach to health and wellness, to take healthcare into their own hands and not just mask your symptoms but to identify the underlying issues. Skilled in Business Operations and Training and Development, Sales and Marketing, Relationship Building, and Leadership. Strong combined expertise in integrated health and nutrition from extensive history in restaurants and patient care. Event creator, food blogger, with a knack for health and wellness. Debbie has lived all over the world. She was born in Los Angeles, California and lived overseas in Japan and England for several years of her life. She has had the opportunity to travel to many different countries experiencing different lifestyles, cultures and a wonderful array of food. This all attributes to her ability to develop incredible, unique menus and entertain various cultures. Debbie started off working as the Promotions Manager for one of Tampa and Miami’s best-known night clubs and then switched to the Contemporary Marketing Supervisor for one of the largest distributors in the world, Anheuser Busch in the mid 90’s. In 1996, Debbie and her husband opened one of the most popular restaurants in Tampa Bay, Mangroves. During her seventeen years in business at Mangroves, Debbie had the opportunity to plan over 2,000 events ranging from intimate dinner parties to large fundraisers and corporate functions with hundreds of guests. Mangroves had the honor of winning Best Meal and Best Cocktail in the Tampa Bay area by the Tribune, St Pete Times and Creative Loafing for over 12 years.
